Great course for price, but in fairness, I get Senior rates. Not sure what regular rates are. Course wouild be and is fair for those that keep it in the short grass. Rough, which I find a fair amount, is VERY thick and consistently 3 inches to 4 inches tall (did not measure, but hid ball well). The rough is tough to hit from for higher handicappers like myself. No intermdiate cut. Fairway or rough makes it a little tougher than many courses I play which tend to have at least 1 mown intermediate cut.
